Corporate Immigration - Work Permits
For those UK employers wishing to recruit overseas nationals to fill specific vacancies within their organisations we can assist with work permit applications. These will generally be for positions requiring a high level of skill and experience which cannot readily be filled from the domestic workforce.
Applications fall into two broad categories: those which do not require a recruitment search including intra company transfers, board level posts and shortage occupations; and all other applications where the employer will need to show that no suitable employee from either the UK or EEA labour market is available to fill the post.
